Wellness Session, Workshop or Event Cancellation Awareness & Refund Strategy
If you have to cancel.....
We know that things happen and sometimes you may have to cancel through no fault of your own. If that does happen and you find you need to cancel your Session/Workshop or Event for any reason the following refund policy applies:
Cancellation up to 7 days' prior to the workshop commencing, no payment is due. If you have paid already you will be offered a place on another Session/ Workshops or Event of your choice, provided there is space. If no suitable alternative can be found, then you will be offered a refund less £10 administration fee.
If we have to cancel.....
If Natural Balances cancel the Session/Workshop or Event for any reason, you will be offered the choice of joining an alternative Session/Workshop or Event to the same value as that cancelled, or given a full refund.

If you cancel between 7 days and 48 hours prior to the commencement of the workshop, 50% of the fee is payable. If you cancel after 48 hours prior to the workshop, full payment is due.
