2023 - Present
Empowered Regenerative Wellness
2020 was a time that had been spoken of, during QHHT training, a time when no one would either hear or see those speaking a different story. As soon as the 2020 playbook started, those who could see spoke out, took action and tried to guide other people to at least evaluate what was being spoken yet, as warned, no one could either hear or see what was happening. These last six years have been the hardest to watch unfold and it is only holding the knowledge that, Empowered Regenerative Wellness is the way forward that has spurred on the vast, vast amounts of learning undertaken to be fully able to support this repair/rebuild task as the disclosures are released.
In parallel to balance all this dissolving heaviness, Poppy & many other like-minds have been actively involved with truth speakers, innovative pioneers and new system creators, clearly demonstrating that change truly does come from the grassroots up. Since November 2024, the Lifewave X39 Phototherapy Patches have been another addition to the Wellness Tookit. Poppy has embraced these personally for the last 2 years and the results are visible. These have been shared with others since that time and awareness of them is now growing especially with the new X20 Water machine now having been released.
2013 - 2023
20th Anniversary
23 October 2023 saw the 20th Anniversary of Natural Balances and Poppy firmly walking the path of soul evolution in service to man and woman kind. From 2016 onwards, the frequency of workshops, knowledge shares and events increased, being held regularly, latterly in the teepee. Those who attended became known as 'The Teepee Team’, meeting on a regular basis, sharing and developing their skills together.
Life Force
In 2018, a Teepee Team member had experienced a QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnotherapy Session) and shared their experience. Poppy booked herself a session and the revelations during that session reaffirmed key soul task aspects, which were already firmly in awareness, one being that the Life Force of the body in the blood is sacred, precious and holds many secrets and that QHHT needed to be part of her Empowered Wellness Offerings so to assist those seeking answers to their life purpose. She immediately began her Level One Training and spent most of that year undertaking the 25 x 5 hour in-person sessions.
Further learnings with water were added into the toolkit with the introduction of the Nikken Multi-stage, Gravity Fed Water Filtration system which magnetised and mineralised tap water to a whole new level, further fuelling Poppy’s interest in the powerful effects of water in the body.
The 2019 QHHT Level Two Training was a total convergence point with many past/parallel life soul connections and life-long international friendships were forged so that next level work around the world could truly commence. The Group spent sunrise in Stonehenge 18 August 2019. Poppy and Rolf stood astride the feminine water acquifer, with Poppy’s galactic portal key and Divine Feminine Energy was raised. A crop circle which was supporting this group and work appeared 2 days later. A beautiful lady Delphe, later had 4 specific silver pendants made of this circle and you will always see Poppy wearing hers on her throat chakra, this galactic connection is very important. The impact of this time continues to play a huge part in the work being done around the world currently.
This 10 year period included the Gift of Reflection Time which was bestowed upon everyone across the planet in 2020. During this time Poppy became fully aware of why she had previously been gifted the unanswered questions from the legal system in the 1970’s, the 12 year diversionary overview of banking from 1981-1993, the further 12 year diversionary overview of the pharmaceutical industry 1993 - 2006 and the key childhood learnings from her great-grandfather of ‘change comes from the grassroots up’, ‘backwards is forwards, ‘word power/mind power’ and ‘ everything is possible until the last breath’. A lifetime of knowledge, intuitive promptings and wisdoms from the Quantum Field of the Universal Consciousness are now being fully embodied.
By connecting & co-creating daily, combining with like-minded men and women, boys and girls who have chosen to step forward into visioning their own aligned power of truth and authenticity to usher in the new earth whilst the old systems are being exposed and crumbling is the now task in hand.
Natural Wellness
In 2021 Poppy was diagnosed with a choroidal melanoma, given a 3-5 year lifetime prognosis and offered unpalatable treatment options. She chose to walk the path of empowered natural wellness, practising what she preached on all levels, asking for and being open to receiving Universal Guidance, therefore removing the need for any external medical intervention.
When approached with awareness and a positive mindset, life experiences are powerful catalysts both for change and life purpose expansion which is exactly what the hidden gift was here. Guidance was received via a book, ‘Ancient Secrets of a Master Healer’ by Dr Clint G Rogers, which led to many connections and the continued increasing Siddha-Veda wisdoms being received from Ayushakti Vaidya’s with Dr Meera Soni, personally trained by Dr Naram, being Poppy’s direct mentor. Pulse Reading Clinics are now regularly hosted.
2021/2022 Poppy spent balancing her own health challenges, learning new ways of eating, rebuilding older client confidence destroyed by the 2020 enforced imprisonment, re-establishing daily business practices around nursing her father who was in declining health, all of which provide another interesting evaluation time.

2003 - 2013
10th Anniversary
23 October 2013 saw the 10th Anniversary of Natural Balances and, on the Home Page, Poppy is seen holding the 10th Anniversary Article from 2013 entitled ‘Caring for so much more than just your feet…….’ below is the journey to arriving at that point.

Since 2004, Poppy has been blessed to share Reiki wisdoms, teachings and Master/Teacher attunements with those wishing to explore the Reiki path. Over the years, many of both her Reiki Students & clients have now gone on to create their own successful offerings of services for the world.
In 2006, having amassed 1100 hours lieu time with the Pharmaceutical Consultancy Company where tasks since 1993 had evolved to include Health & Safety Competent Person, Personal & Recruitment Duties, Property Management in addition to the Financial Control Role, a deeply sad family trauma occurred. A key choice had to be made, whether to continue under the same level of pressure, balancing in essence a Corporate Role which was not sustainable or to fully embrace her true life path, taking responsibility for creating her own way of living. Poppy resigned from the role of employee and stepped into the private world of sharing her time and skills with those of man and woman kind who needed these competences.
Newcomer of the Year
2008/2009 saw the addition of Bioflow Magnotherapy Devices added into the wellness toolkit offerings and resulted in Poppy achieving Newcomer of the Year Award from the Company.
2012 saw the addition of Forever Living Aloe Vera Products extending the wellness toolkit offerings further with additional knowledge gained during this year in:

2008 the importance of water began to take on greater significance for Poppy whilst discovering the powerful effects that the Magnotherapy Devices created on water, the body, the blood and on plant life. It became very apparent that water not only holds memory yet has a consciousness all of its own and the physical body consists mainly of water. When a baby is in the womb, it is in the amniotic sac, it is are in a closed system, developing its organs at a great rate and yet, when learning about the body the guidance is to drink copious amounts of water, Poppy always felt there was a missing link here.
2009 also saw the opening of TeaTime Tea Room, based in Kirkbymoorside, running along side the practice. It was a project which was ahead of its time created to provide a therapeutic space, where good nutritious food was served with supportive healing staff on hand to chat over a cuppa for those who needed it. The plan was to be based on a staff profit share basis. The vision was clear, however the Universe decided Poppy’s time was being too diluted to be involved to the level that became apparent was needed. The TeaRoom space, with the clinic above over the two upper floors did provided the perfect space to run and develop workshops which created the foundational basis for many future events.
2010 saw an overseas Company approach Poppy to explore using their zero point energy ‘wand’. At that point, the wand technology was too advanced for general consumption so she declined their offer however she still occasionally uses this technology in her daily business.
1993 - 2003
Insights into this industry
The second twelve year life diversion occurred when Poppy was offered the position of Financial Controller with a Pharmaceutical Consultancy Company, a journey providing many personal & business development skill opportunities and giving many insights into this industry, which again produced many unanswered questions.
Full Life Review
The result of this journey culminated in 1998 when Poppy started a full life review leading to the creation & commencement of a comprehensive, self-funded retraining programme into natural wellness whilst still working full-time & providing support for her young family. Pressure on Poppy during this period was immense and yet she knew this was the time to come back and align onto her true life path and, in 2003, that is how this next phase process began to shape.
In 1998 she started studying and, over the next few years, achieved the following:
Chiropody Theory Diploma & Certificate of Practical Training 1998 -2003 which allowed her to start utilising and building on these skills in the evenings.
Reiki: Seichem Shoden (Level One) Initiation 2002
Reiki: Usui System of Reiki Healing Okuden (Level Two) Initiation 2003
Esoteric Learnings
During this time period, Poppy started to study some of the beautiful old books given to her by her great-grandfather and undertook additional esoteric learnings including Developing Intuition, Numerology, Overviewing the First 9 dimensions and Quantum Field Explorations to name but a few.
With her life path in alignment, her daily service and connection to other like-minds was evolving at speed.
1981 - 1993
The World of Banking
The desire to study Chiropody/Occupational Therapy was overridden by family with an old-school viewpoint that a career in banking provided a far more secure, rewarding method of employment with preferential mortgage rates, pension facilities and promotion prospects. The old boy’s network duly procured such a placement which led to her first twelve year employment diversion into the world of banking during which time, banking exams were undertaking, the changes in the banking system from localised to centralised were worked through and the unfairness of the system was witnessed, again leaving many unanswered questions.
1976 - 1981
An unquenchable quest
The early childhood teachings of ancient lore from Poppy’s Sirian great-grandfather, inherently linking the inter-connectedness of all things: the earth, the physical body and the metaphysical, fired up in her the unquenchable quest for a wider overview into the intrinsic workings of the body and these learnings needed to start with a grounded overview of the physical vehicle in which the soul travels.
Nursing Knowledge
During the mid 1970’s Poppy was blessed to benefit from the nursing knowledge shared by June Cook, Doris Cook & Jill Hugill being Members of the British Red Cross Society sharing with Junior Members which furthered her initial interest. Studying Biology in the 1970’s, left a gap in awareness that Poppy needed expanding upon and she still has profound gratitude to both Bruce Corfe and her father Brian for agreeing to the request for extra Tuition, resulting in the additional qualification in Human Biology.
Word Power is Mind Power
Poppy's great-grandfather had taught her that word power is mind power and that words must be used with great care. Whilst assisting in her father’s Solicitors Practice, during this time period, Poppy began asking why the documents produced there were not written in easy to innerstand language and why they had to be so complex. The answers were less than satisfactory and left many questions unanswered, for reasons for which were to be discovered much later in life.
