Founded by Poppy Brytewood over 20 years ago, Natural Balances began by providing foot health treatments, tailored insoles and natural pain relief bringing with it an acute awareness of the need to re-establish that wellness is: a) not an 'outside job' b) not a 'one size fits all' solution. The recent changing 'health-scape' clearly demonstrates the timely need for pro-active sovereignty in wellness and Poppy's specialist area is empowering open-minded people to start that journey with a Wellness Tool Kit utilising: mindfulness, good nutrition, quality supplementation, proper hydration, moderate exercise, plentiful rest, quality sleep and good measure of fun!

Poppy's great-grandfather taught her ancient lore instrinsically linking the earth, the physical body and meta-physical and, this wisdom, coupled with her own intuitive knowings, channellings and tireless self-education are what make her consultations/treatment sessions and knowledge-shares truly distinctive, whether in-person or online.
Patented new technology in wearable, non invasive, non-transdermal, phototherapy patches that can create significant, unparalleled systemic effects within the body are available and, with 'new water' coming soon, the Practice simply keeps growing.
